How do I purchase Bakesale Tickets?

We are asking everyone to donate funds directly to Alaa’s family. Purchase your ticket by making a donation in increments of $5, directly to Alaa’s Gofundme and create a screenshoot of the receipt received in your email.

Your donation confirmation is your ticket!

- 1 Bake sale ticket = $5

Example: If you donate $25, you will have 5 tickets.

How many tickets will each baked good cost?

Baked goods will range between 1 to 4 tickets each.

Baked goods ticket cost examples:

-Cookies = 1 ticket
-Cake slices= 1 - 2 tickets
-Tortillas= 1 - 2 tickets
-Pie slices= 2 tickets
-Specialty offerings: 2-4 ticket

How do I show my donation to enter the Bakesale?

Your Gofundme confirmation email, to Alaa’s family, will be your entry ticket for the bake sale! Please come with your email ready to show or a screenshot of your confirmation email, with the donation amount. We will have your bake sale tickets ready for you upon arrival. You will be able to purchase extra tickets onsite, with one of our volunteers. We will have printed QR codes linking directly to Alaa Asfour’s family’s Gofundme page.

What will I put my baked goods in to go?

-We will have large compostable pastry boxes available for $1. 

-Pastry bags will be provided! 

-We encourage everyone to think sustainably and bring a tote or basket to carry your baked goods!

How do I purchase tickets for the raffle?

Printed QR codes linking directly to Alaa Asfour’s family’s Gofundme page will be available on-site, and you can purchase raffle tickets with one of our volunteers.

***We will not be accepting cash or venmo payments for Bake Sale tickets, baked goods or the raffle. All donations will need to be made directly to Alaa Asfour’s family.
